Overview

Sophia is a classic Behind-the-Scenes contributor: thoughtful, analytical, composed, and team-first. When she’s on, she shows real potential — strong writing, clear structuring, and a grounded, disciplined approach to her work. She had several high-level flashes throughout the fellowship, and when she locks in, the quality is absolutely there.

The main challenge this season was consistency. She occasionally struggled with following assignment instructions and submitted 1–2 deliverables late. But she remained very coachable, communicated well with Student Support, and showed strong self-awareness — even acknowledging that her personality type leans quieter and that interviews are an area where she wants to grow.
